Houston, Osborn, Sexton & Thomas, PLLC is a local, full service law firm dedicated to fulfilling the needs of individuals and businesses with a highly qualified team of attorneys with a broad range of practice areas encompassing both Oklahoma State and federal law.  The Firm's mission is to provide a high quality, creative, and result-oriented legal team to individuals and businesses, and serve as a primary resource and partner in all aspects of clients' individual and business needs.  We accomplish all of this by reviewing every possible eventuality such that potential problems and legal issues can be averted in the future.  We pride ourselves in lifting the burden of legal matters, which are often confusing and frustrating, from our clients, so they can concentrate more fully on business and personal matters.  It is our goal, our great honor, privilege and duty to serve our clients' needs, not only in Payne County, but the State of Oklahoma.

Micah D. Sexton

Born Denver, Colorado, April 4, 1960; admitted to bar, 1989, Oklahoma.  Preparatory eduction, Southern Methodist University (B.S., Mechanical Engineering, with honors, 1983); legal education, University of Texas Law School (J.D., 1989).  Member: Payne County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.

 

Scott K. Thomas

Born Stillwater, Oklahoma, April 7, 1975; admitted to bar, 2007, Oklahoma.  Preparatory education, Oklahoma State University (B.S., Psychology, 2000); legal education, University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 2007).  Fraternity: Kappa Sigma.  Member: Payne County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
